Please when I execute this
$ ./stardog-admin server start
I receive a message indicating stardog has started. Then a message follows: to shutdown the server, use the command line server stop........After the message, there is a blinking cursor so am unable to type the next command(creating the database). Please how do I stop the blinking cursor?

Hi,

In Windows, the "server start" process continues to run for as long as the server does. You will have to execute the other commands in a separate command prompt. When you're done, either return to the first one and CTRL-C to shut the server down or execute 'stardog-admin server stop' in the second prompt.
