Web Console Login/Home page does not show up

Hi there,

I have Stardog 2.1.3 community version on both Windows and Ubuntu Desktop, but localhost:5820/ shows nothing. I can only have access via localhost:5820/myDB.

How should I fix it?

By upgrading to 2.2, which is the first version where that capability is available.
