[URGENT] Enterprise support is needed for production client with enterprise support licenses

The forum is the only one place I could find to contact support.  This issue popped up a couple of days ago and I have a production release happening in a week I need someone from support to get a hold of  ASAP. certain queries are killing performance when hitting it with heavy load. Please help
