Hi,
I am new to stardog and trying to write a command line query to fetch results from a graph in the DB. Any pointer would be helpful.

Fix this issue. We need to use Named Graph name in the Sparql query. Example Select ?s from <GraphName> Where {}

You should check out the SPARQL spec [1] which details how to specify the active graph of a query, which can include any number of named graphs present in the database.

Cheers,

Mike
