I've loaded an Ontology with about 6M triples into community edition. The sparql query selector box I'm accustomed to with smaller ontologies now fails to appear (see screenshot). 

The only sign of a problem is the error (subject line) in Chrome's "Inspect Element" window. 

Have I exceeded some quota I dont know about?

This is probably caused by the autocomplete feature in the query editor; it loads the classes and properties from the schema in order to provide the autocomplete options.  That information is put into the local browser storage for performance reasons, but that space is limited.  It sounds like it's the case that your schema information exceeds the storage available locally.

That's something we're working on for an upcoming release.
