**This is a required upgrade for miners**
This is a hotfix for a potential issue in least supertype related to the type size checks.
Least supertype assumes that if the two input types are appropriately sized, that it cannot create a type that is larger than either of the inputs.
This isn't the case, and could lead to an expect() failing.
