**This is a required hard fork**
This hard fork addresses the issue discussed here: https://forum.stacks.org/t/a-bug-in-stacks-increase-call-is-impacting-stacking-rewards-this-cycle/14867/8
Which resulted in SIP-22: https://github.com/stacksgov/sips/blob/main/sips/sip-022/sip-022-emergency-pox-fix.md
Please note that this hard fork is the first of 2 that are planned in accordance with SIP-22.
The second hard fork will take effect 200 Bitcoin blocks prior to the start of reward cycle #59, which is Bitcoin block height 789751.
This release's chainstate directory is compatible with chainstate directories from 2.1.0.0.0.

This is a **consensus-breaking** release to address a bug and DoS vector in pox-2's `stack-increase` function.
