Developing a CUDA application

Hello,

I have set up a test BOINC server following the instructions on https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/wiki/create-a-boinc-server-(cookbook)
I have created an application for linux, osx and linux without any problem but I can't find any documentation for creating a GPU application.
I've compiled an .exe but I don't know how to indicate that it's a GPU app in config.xml or another file.

If anyone can help me

 i changed the name of the version by adding __cuda at the end and now the wu's are changed by the boinc clients 

but generate an error Can't open init data file - running in standalone mode

I'll just have to find out where it's coming from...
