Replacement of user/index.php

Hi All,

I see user/index.php is not in the repository any more. Could someone please let me know what replaces it. Where should Apache pointed to?

It never was in the repository as that filename. The original file is sample_index.php that make_project copies to index.php. Since the file is supposed to be exhaustively modified to add your project info, it would be bad if server code upgrades overwrote the file with a blank default one.
