importing BOINC-wide teams

Please make sure that your project is importing BOINC-wide teams:
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/TeamImport

I got a report that a BOINC-wide team isn't showing up on some projects
(Citizen Science Grid, nanoHUB@home, GPUGRID).
