boinc on my PC does not connect to WCG on web

I recently joined, installed, and started running tasks, but when i look at the web dashboard of WCG it shows that I have made no contributions. Even my BOINC manager shows me a notification to he effect, while it is running task and reporting results.

Any ideas?

Hello David,

Unfortunately, after WCG was transferred to Krembil University, they have a lot os issues including the issue with statistics showing.

There is no issue on BOINC side itself.

Thank you for the information.

Most important, the tasks that run on my computer, are they helping the research? Or is it all in vain?

Is there a contact in Krembil that I can contact?
