BOINC 8.2.5. is now available for all OS, I will starting tests (with the new version of Podman).

Regarding new versions of BOINC, I've noticed that emails to the BOINC Alpha mailing list are neither instantaneous nor systematic.

(This depends on the number of test responses received.)

Have you tested this new version yet?

OK about Primegrid. I discovered my new Lenovo laptop had GPU set to overclock by default. I turned it off.

Since there's no new version of boinc-buda-runner-wsl for Windows, you only need to download BOINC 8.2.5.

For Mac, a new version of Podman is available, which I'll need to install before testing BOINC Manager.

As of today (July 16th), the Mac version of BOINC 8.2.5 is not yet available.

Since the PrimeGrid challenge starts tomorrow (for which my Macs are ready), I won't be testing this new manager until next week.

Regarding emails from Alpha Testers distribution list, I haven't received anything since April.

I assume we need to retest, starting with removing and reinstalling everything.

Second, have you received emails sent to the distribution list of Alpha Testers? I have not received such emails since April nor do recall how to access the URL that stores the emails.
