Compile error with Fast CGI and gcc-11

Hi,

There is a compile failure with Fast CGI and gcc-11.

Here’s a quick thought - I don’t know if performance would be acceptable, but I believe it’s possible to compile without fcgi - just uninstall the package first

My quick fix was to just compile with gcc-10 for now.

Looks like the same was reported to gcc directly, but not sure what the resolution is: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=101747
