[SECURITY] New SPIRE Releases Available

Hey folks. Today, the SPIRE team released versions 0.8.5, 0.9.4,
0.10.2, 0.11.3, and 0.12.1 in response to CVE-2021-27098 and
CVE-2021-27099. More information is available in the following GitHub
