Morning Weights for 7/8th graders

  If there are any 7th and 8th graders that would like to lift weights in the mornings, they are welcome to start tomorrow.
 Coach Riggs oversees these sessions.
 They lift Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:45am to 7:25am.
