How to use capture mode to capture my requests

HI I have configured hoverfly in my environmental variables, and from command prompt I can start the hoverfly in capture mode. but what command i should use to capture my requests in capture mode.

I am using windows 64 bit.

My task is: After I add my item at POS application the request will hit one external server, I need capture that request and response. and change the hoverfly to simulate to let the captured response to be returned everytime so that  I can eliminate dependency on external server. Kindly provide your inputs.

Hi,

You need to set your POS application to use hoverfly as a proxy in order for it to intercept and capture all external requests.

Thanks for reply , can u tell how to set pos application to use hoverfly as proxy ? Where and how  I can configure this.

I have changed the proxy as local host and port no 8500 in internet explorer- settings-connections-lansetting.but I am not sure how to set pos application to use hoverfly as proxy.pls suggest
