Good question. This really depends on the comfort and safety of your
athletes. While I always think more protective is better,you need to
consider the ease in which your athletes can get in and out and our
face protection. There are some athletes with specific physical needs
that may require mouth guards and extra eye protection. You can also
give it a try and see how they are responding to the extra protection.
