Win big at the 2011 Learning Facilitator Professional Development
Weekend: Niagara Falls: September 30-Oct 2, 2011 Crowne Plaza
Fallsview Hotel!
Our annual Learning Facilitator Professional Development weekend is
just around the corner and we are excited about what this year's
event
will bring.
Being in Niagara Falls, we've come up with a fitting theme: Know when
to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em. How do you read the group of
coaches and provide the right level of information, or select the
right activity that will guide them to discovery of new knowledge?
This year we plan to explore effective ways to ensure that coaches
are
implementing the knowledge once the workshop is over. Master Learning
Facilitator Marc Schryburt from Quebec will be on hand to take us
through a Decision Training series throughout the weekend. This
series
will provide information, tools, and methods to ensure that the
coaches are integrating the greatest amount of NCCP material directly
into their training and competition.
Other topics on the agenda include:
- Activity Based Training
- Working with groups with varying degrees of experience
- Micro-Facilitation opportunities
