Winter Sport Rule Change Proposals

Call for WINTER SPORT rule changes.

If you have a suggestion for a Winter Sport ( Floor Hockey, Curling,
Alpine Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Speed Skating) Rule
Change, please submit your proposal as indicated below.

Coaches must submit WINTER SPORTS rule change proposals to the SOO
Sport and Coach Education Developer by July 13,2012 at 5pm

The proposed rule changes shall include the following and must be
submitted electronically by e-mail to Dia Sue-Wah-Sing, Sport
Developer:

Change to an existing sport rule
1. The rule, as it presently reads
2. The rule reinstated in the form of a motion, indicating the
change(s) that are to be made to the rule, and
3. The rationale for the change
New rule
1. The proposed new sport rule
2. Rationale
Due to the significant changes by Skate Canada. Figure Skating rule
change inquiries should be directed to Dia Sue-Wah-Sing, Sport
Developer.
