I have a half dozen athletes that I want to get them to start to train for 3K, 5K and 10K competitions for SO, but have never done this before. I am looking for suggestions, information on how to help these athletes transition from shorter distances (up to 1500M) to these longer distances. and then help them improve their times. any ideas on where I coudl get some good solid suggestions or ideas. open to anyone. thanks.
