Entity Extraction returning 500 interval server error for beta languages

First of all, thank you for your amazing work and quality services. Recently we had some issues with entity extraction when sending them with beta languages, the requests are returning with 500 server error.
Can you let us know about a status for this issue?

Hi Ionut,

sorry for the late answer, this is a tough period.

We are going to fix the problem with the beta languages as soon as possible.

They are an extra (beta) feature that can unfortunately be unstable sometimes
