Setting maximum score for bigInteract tracks

Hello.

 

Is it possible to set a maximum score for bigInteract tracks similar to the way you can for wig tracks?

 

I am using the number of PETs as the score and because the maximum score is 1,000, all of the loops are the same shade of gray, even though some of the loops have twice as many PETs.

Thank you for your question about the bigInteract format.

You can accomplish this using the 'spectrum on' setting in your trackDb.txt file. It will color lower scoring items a lighter shade of gray. See the trackDb documentation for more details: https://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/trackDb/trackDbHub.html#spectrum.
