Trouble connecting to the browser

Hi,

I can't connect to the browser through my iMac in Sinsheimer labs on campus. This is the error message I am getting:

"Couldn't connect to database hgcentral on hgnfs1 as hgcentuser. Host 'genome.soe.ucsc.edu' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"

Please help- thanks.
