I m getting the following error message when attempting to use UCSC Insilico PCR:

Couldn't find host blat2. h_errno 1 Success Sorry, the BLAT/iPCR server seems to be down. Please try again later.

We are unable to find any problems with the tool right now. Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you verify that you are using our main site at http://genome.ucsc.edu and not a mirror site?
