Hello, Matteo.
Thank you for your interest in the UCSC Genome Browser and for sending your inquiry.
You can convert your hg18 coordinates to hg19 by following these steps on the LiftOver page:
1. Go to https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver
2. In the "Change original genome" search box, type "hg18" and select "Human (hg18)" from the results
3. Under "Change new genome," keep "Human" selected
4. Under "Change new assembly," select "Feb. 2009 (GRCh37/hg19)" from the dropdown
5. Paste your coordinates into the text box, one position per line. Supported formats include BED (e.g. "chr4 100000 100001", 0-based) and position (e.g. "chr4:100,001-100,001", 1-based). You can also upload a file using the "Choose File"
button.
6. Click "Submit"
For more detailed instructions, see our LiftOver documentation: https://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#Liftover
