To better help with your search, please let us know what assembly you use on the Genome Browser. The Track Search feature allows you to search for terms in an assembly's track descriptions, track groups, and track names. Here are the results page when searching for "transcription factor" on hg38:
For example, we offer the following tracks that may help you find the transcriptional binding sites:

Searching for the IRF8 gene on the Genome Browser search box will take you to its location in the genome, and you can then explore the transcription factor data using these tracks.
