Hi

I would like to search ChIP seq data for IRF8 targeting CD74. How to do that?

Thank you very much.

Zhijun

Hello,

Thank you for using the Genome Browser and sending your inquiry.

To better help with your search, please let us know what assembly you use on the Genome Browser. The Track Search feature allows you to search for terms in an assembly's track descriptions, track groups, and track names. Here are the results page when searching for "transcription factor" on hg38:

https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=hg38&hgt_=1700262220&db=hg38&tsCurTab=simpleTab&hgt_tsDelRow=&hgt_tsAddRow=&hgt_tsPage=0&tsSimple=transcription+factor&hgt_tSearch=search&tsName=&tsDescr=&tsGroup=Any&tsType=Any&boolshad.tsIncludePublicHubs=0&tsSort=2

For example, we offer the following tracks that may help you find the transcriptional binding sites:

JASPAR Transcription Factors:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg38&g=jaspar

ENCODE Regulation TF ChIP:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg38&g=encTfChipPk

Searching for the IRF8 gene on the Genome Browser search box will take you to its location in the genome, and you can then explore the transcription factor data using these tracks.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu.
