Bug report: "Couldn't get cartDb for id=2652117" error on click

Hi UCSC Genome Browser team,

I wanted to report a bug I'm consistently encountering on the Genome Browser. Immediately after a page loads, clicking on anything produces the following error:

Couldn't get cartDb for id=2652117 right after loading. MySQL problem??

I've reproduced this at: https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway

It happens right after the page finishes loading — as soon as I click any element, the error appears. It seems like a session/cart database issue, possibly a MySQL connection problem on your end.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to investigate.
