Hello Minako,
Thanks for using the UCSC Genome Browser and for alerting us to the problem you are having with Genome Graphs. We have attempted to replicate your issue, but uploading two datasets on rn4 works without any problems for us on genome-asia. Did you receive an error message? If so, could you share it with us?
There is a possibility that the problem is due to the steps you are taking or due to your file format. If you are willing to share example files, we may be able to help you troubleshoot further.
Please provide more information regarding your specific steps and the files (or example files) that you are trying to load so that our support team can assist you. If the files are confidential, you are welcome to send them directly to me without including the mailing list.
