Hi,

We are trying to download hg19 refLink.txt.gz file from your ftp service: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/

But the file appears to be missing. Is it going to be back on the list soon or are you guys taking it off for good? Can we build it from your service?
