Dear sir/mam,

I am Neelima and I need co-ordinates for constitutive human exons (hg19), for my research analysis.

It would be of a great help, if I can get these co-ordinates.

Thanking you, in advance
Neelima

Dear Neelima,

Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and your inquiry about constitutive human exons in the hg19 human assembly.

You may benefit from learning about the browser's Frequently Asked Questions page, http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/index.html.  At the bottom of the FAQ page there is a "Search the Genome mailing list archives:" box, where you can enter search terms such as "constitutive exons", and for example, find this related previously answered mailing list question: https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2006-July/011271.html

In summary, we do not have any tables that classify exons as constitutive or alternatively spliced, but you can take further steps to extract this information as referenced in the above archived response.

Thank you again for your inquiry and using the UCSC Genome Browser. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact the mailing list again at gen...@soe.ucsc.edu.

All the best,

Brian Lee
