Hi,

I’m interested in using the Multiz Alignment & Conservation (470 mammals) data resource and was wondering if you could make the protein sequence alignment file available. Specifically, I’m looking for a resource that is similar to “knownCanonical.multiz100way.protAA.fa.gz” (as part of Vertebrate Multiz Alignment & Conservation (100 Species)).

I greatly appreciate your help! Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Lukas
