Hi,
I’m interested in using the Multiz Alignment & Conservation (470 mammals) data resource and was wondering if you could make the protein sequence alignment file available. Specifically, I’m looking for a resource that is similar to “knownCanonical.multiz100way.protAA.fa.gz” (as part of Vertebrate Multiz Alignment & Conservation (100 Species)).
I greatly appreciate your help! Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Lukas
Hello, Lukas.
Thank you for your interest in the Genome Browser.
We have created an internal ticket to make the requested Multiz 470-way protein sequence alignment file. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a precise timeline for when it would be released.
