Hello-

We noticed that there is no longer an ‘Assembly’ dropdown option for Blat and In-silico; it is now hard-set to hg19.  We normally use this to toggle back and forth between hg19 and hg38, depending which is required for the task at hand.  Is this dropdown no longer available?  Or is there another way to blat and run in-silico using the hg38 assembly?

Thank you!

Hi Rachel,

You can search 'hg38' in the search bar next to hg19. Your recently searched assemblies will appear upon focusing in the search bar so you should be able to quickly toggle after searching the first time.

Thanks,
