Error for in-silico PCR

Greetings, 

Thank you for your tool. I have been attempting to use the in-silico PCR for human sequences. When I click on the human genome as an option, I get the following error: 
  • Couldn't connect to database hg38 on 114.115.159.129 as goldenpathadm.
    Access denied for user 'goldenpathadm'@'%' to database 'hg38'

Please let me know if there's a solution to this.
