Hello,
With the recent change to your internet security, the medical directors here are unable to use a function in CytoSure that allowed them to use UCSC for analysis.
CytoSure has a Tool called “Highlight Region in UCSC” that, as of the change, returned an error and failed to load any data.
I believe this error is related to the change on the website related to bots connecting to UCSC. We are not using bots. We are using the CytoSure software to allow a faster link to the external database.
Would it be possible to add OHSU’s IP addresses to an allowlist to bypass this additional security measure and allow CytoSure to pass data to the UCSC website as it previously did? OGT says there is nothing they can do on their end to allow CytoSure to work as it did previously. Thank you for any assistance you can provide,
Khan Pitts
