Hi,
I have created a track hub and I am able to view the data as bar graph. I
would wish to view my data as continuous graph rather than a bar graph in
the genome browser. Can anybody tell me how to change the display mode.

Thanks in advance

Regards
Vidya

Hi Vidya,

We don't have a feature to make it a line graph, but we do have a
feature that will graph by points rather than bars. This can be done
from the configuration page or by right clicking on on the gray mini
buttons for the track in the image and going to the configure option
for the track. To get to the points options, change Type of graph:
from "bar" to "points". To get the image to look more like a line try
changing Smoothing window: to "16".

Hopefully that option helps! If you have further questions, please
email the list: gen...@soe.ucsc.edu.

Hi Vidya,

Another option that might interest you is Genome Graphs which will
give you a line graph:

This option may or may not meet your needs.
