Error in loading tracks

I am trying to open this link  https://genome.ucsc.edu/s/gaowei/hg19_islet

But I see an error in the tracks. I have attached the screen shot.

I tried opening in different browsers, but the issue persists. Is this a setting error from my end? The same link used to work and display all tracks earlier.

Kindly guide me through.
