Hello,
I am trying and struggling to visualize my own data in bigwig files against the HG002v1.1 T2T assembly hubs, and would appreciate your help. Here are the things I have tried so far:
- Just uploading the file as a custom track won't work because it is a binary file
- I tried hosting the file online by uploading it to Google Drive and then using the publicly-viewable link to it as a custom track, but it throws an error that the file is not a bigwig file. I know this is not true because I've confirmed its fidelity using bigWigInfo.
- I tried hosting the file in UCSC's service by uploading it to my own track hub and selecting the genome as HG002v1.1MAT, but then I get the following error: "Can not find database 'HG002v1.1.MAT'. You can search for the genome HG002v1.1.MAT in the list of NCBI/INSDC assemblies, then click 'request' when you have found the right assembly and enter your email address. We will then make a genome browser and get back to you within a few days."
- I tried attaching it to an assembly hub using the URL of the genome and of my custom hub as was recommended in this blog post that was linked from the UCSC documentation, but I get the following error: "Track hub error: https://genome.ucsc.edu/hubspace/de/<username>/<hubname>/<filename> is 385956636 bytes, but maxSize to udcFileReadAll is 268435456"
Unsure what I'm doing wrong here. Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you so much!
