Is there a way to replicate the hg38 database as it was in 2023?

Hello,

We are trying to replicate some results that were last generated in 2023. The only difference I can find is that the database for the remote UCSC hgcentral database has been updated several times since then. I'm trying to recreate locally and have looked into this url http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg38/database, but I see sql files that were last updated in 2024 and 2025. Is there a way to replicate the exact database from 2023?
