This is Benjamin Foltz with the Zscaler Team for Mayo Health Clinic. Starting today, remote employees on Zscaler have lost access to
https://genome.ucsc.edu/ despite no changes to policy on our end, this was working as expected
yesterday.
This is working for users that are on-campus and using the Mayo public IP range, whereas users that are remote will use a Zscaler virtual IP and are not able to connect to the site.
For example, a user on Zscaler attempted to reach the page from the IP: 165.225.60.18 and the site blocked access.
I'd just like to confirm if there are IP restrictions for access to this site?
