Dear UCSC,

Is it possible to generate chain files between dog and pig genomes
(canFam6 and susScr11)?

Many thanks,
Baiwei

Hello, Baiwei.

Thank you for your request for LiftOver files.

These files are now available here:
Chain coverage (% of genome covered by alignments):
  canFam6 -> susScr11: 62.509%
  susScr11 -> canFam6: 58.506%

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
