Error in loading Danio code track hubs to UCSC

Hi,

I want to load zebrafish ChIP-Seq data from danio code to UCSC. I visited the danio code website and chose its option of UCSC track hubs for danrer11. 

However, I am getting this error message: Missing required setting 'hub' from https://danio code.zfin.org/trackhub/DANIO-CODE.hub.txt

How can I solve this?

Good Evening Sanovar:

This URL you refer to:
'https://danio-code.zfin.org/trackhub/DANIO-CODE.hub.txt'

does not refer to a 'hub.txt' file but instead defaults to a display
of the web page from: 'https://danio-code-dcc.genereg.net/'
as if that DANIO-CODE.hub.txt URL does not exist and that
web site is defaulting to a top level page.

You would have to find out from 'https://danio-code-dcc.genereg.net/'
what is the correct URL to their hub.txt file. I can see that
their reference is to this DANIO-CODE.hub.txt file, but that URL
is not working correctly.

Hi Zfin support,

see below, a user reported that the link
https://danio-code.zfin.org/trackhub/DANIO-CODE.hub.txt is broken,
which means that the danio-code genome annotations cannot be used
anymore.

The danio code website itself doesn't have a contact page, and the DCC
staff's homepages seem to be down.

We can copy the danio code track hub files at UCSC, as long as we can
get access to the data somehow...
