I'm Panpan, a postdoc in the Feschotte lab focusing on HERV mobility. Until now, I've collaborated with Jessica on lineage-specific ERV insertions in T2T-primates. Could you create the chains files

 

From human T2T genome assembly hs1 to those 6 ape genome assemblies:
