Hi folks-

Niki (cc'd) s looking at RNA-seq reads on the browser. I haven't seen this kind of green bar on an aligned read before. What does it indicate?

Thanks!

Holly

Hi, Holly.

Thank you for taking the time to write in.

Could you share a session (https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgSession) for this data/region so we can provide the best answer possible? The green can signify different regions depending on the track type.

If you would like to keep the data confidential, email it to us at genom...@soe.ucsc.edu. Only our team will see messages sent to that address.
