Hi

I have a very basic question. For any miRNA, like hsa-miR-100, there are hsa-miR-100-5p and hsa-miR-100-3p also.

Will this later 2 be considered  to be a member of clustered miRNA grouphsa-miR-100?

Eagerly waiting for your reply.

Thanks

Hello, Shrinka.

Thank you for your question about miRNAs. Unfortunately, it's a bit outside the scope of our mailing list, which is intended for questions about the UCSC Genome Browser tools. You should ask your question on a more general bioinformatics forum, such as Biostars: https://www.biostars.org.

If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
