Hello, 

I'm writing this email because I'm struggling to visualize the peaks in my narrowPeak file. In particular I upload my file as a custom track but I cannot see the peaks and the browser does not read any items.

thanks for contacting us.

Can you send more details? Our support desk will not be able to reproduce the problem the problem with this description. 

They need an example file or part of a file (a few lines) and what you did to upload the file on the custom track page.
