Hello,
Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and sending your inquiry.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, as it is uncommon for users not to receive the activation email. I have manually activated your account, and you should now be able to log in.
I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu.

UCSC Genome Browser
Good morning,I tried signing in with a new account a couple weeks ago but unfortunately never received the e-mail for its activation (yes, it's not in the spam folder). Now i can't either log in with my current address, as the account has not been activated, or create a new one, as one linked with such address already exists. How could i fix this issue?
Thanks in advance,Francesco Tagliabue
