Liftover chain files request

Dear UCSC Genome Browser team,

I am currently working on my project and I was wondering whether it is possible to create the liftOver chain files from Human GRCh38.p13 to cat(GCA_018350175.1), chicken(GCA_016699485.1) and platypus(GCA_004115215.4).
