USCS LiftOver Queries

Dear UCSC Genome Browser Team,

I hope this email finds you well. Thank you very much for your team’s invaluable support of scientific research.

I am currently working on a project that requires the conversion of genomic coordinates. However, I was unable to locate the relevant chain file for this conversion on the UCSC Genome Browser.

Specifically, I found that the following chain files have not yet been created:

goat (T2T-goat2.0, GCA_041735815.1) to cattle (ARS-UCD2.0, GCF_002263795.3)

cattle (ARS-UCD2.0, GCF_002263795.3)  to goat (T2T-goat2.0, GCA_041735815.1)

 

Would it be possible for your team to provide the chain file ?

I’m currently working on a project that involves converting genomic coordinates, but I was unable to find the necessary chain file on the UCSC Genome Browser.

Specifically, it seems that the following chain file has not yet been created:

pig  ( susScr11 ) to blue whale (GCF_009873245.2)

Would it be possible for your team to provide this file, or let me know if there’s an alternative source where it might be available?
