How to install bedClip on Mac Book Pro

Hi,

 

I downloaded bedClip from UCSC (http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/macOSX.x86_64/bedClip), but don’t know how to install it on my Mac Book Pro using Terminal. Could you teach me how to run it? Thanks a lot.
