Hi,

I am looking at the GenomicSuperDups table of hg38. It says that the data came from University of Washington. But when I look at the Segmental Duplication DB of UW, there is no data of hg38. How did this happen?

Thanks,
Tongyao

Hi Tongyao,

Thank you for your question about the genomicSuperDups table for hg38. We obtained the data file directly from the Eichler lab at the University of Washington. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why they haven't made this data available for download on their own site. I recommend that you contact the Eichler lab directly about downloading data from from their website, http://eichlerlab.gs.washington.edu/index.html.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu. All messages sent to that address are archived on a publicly-accessible Google Groups forum. If your question includes sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.
